Here’s the deal: Our blanket hoodies are EXCLUSIVES, and we like to keep production in small batches. We can’t always predict how many we’ll be able to make, so once they’re gone, they’re gone! Right now, we are busy bringing these blanket hoodies to life while also creating patterns and tutorials for NDLWRKshop. Because of this, we've temporarily paused commission work for cosplays and custom blanket hoodie designs.

It depends on the demand! Usually, we create batches of 6 to 12. Some designs might come back, some might not. The best way to stay updated? Follow us on social media!

💬 Will this design be restocked?

Maybe! If a design gets a LOT of love (like our Jinx hoodie), we may bring it back. But we can’t guarantee it, so if you see something you love, grab it while you can!

💬 Can I reserve a future design before it’s listed?

💬 What materials do you use?

We carefully select the softest, highest-quality fabrics for the lining, and choose a variety of fabrics for the main design, depending on the look and style we’re aiming for! We prioritize comfort and durability.

💬 What if the fabric runs out?

Sometimes fabric stores run out of a specific material. If that happens, we’ll do our best to find a similar high-quality option. We’ll always keep you posted if anything changes!

💬 Will my blanket hoodie look exactly like the concept art?

Almost! Our concept art gives you a clear idea of the final look, but since each hoodie is handmade, there might be small variations. Trust us—it’s always even better in person!

💬 Is this a full cosplay costume?

Nope! Our blanket hoodies are inspired by characters, but they’re designed for everyday wear. Think cozy, stylish, and full of personality—not a full-on costume.

🚚 SHIPPING & PRODUCTION

💬 How long does it take to get my blanket hoodie?

Each hoodie is handmade with care, so it takes time! We’ll keep you updated every step of the way—when we purchase materials, start sewing, and when your hoodie is ready to ship. While we aim for a 2 to 3-month turnaround, please note that the timeline may vary depending on our suppliers.

💬 Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide! Here’s what you need to know about shipping:

  • Shipping times and costs vary depending on your location.
  • Each blanket weighs between 4 and 7 pounds, so shipping can be expensive.
  • Shipping costs typically range from 60 to 300 CAD, depending on where you are.

As a small supplier creating unique, handmade items, we unfortunately don't have access to the discounted shipping rates that larger suppliers enjoy. But we’re doing our best to keep everything as affordable as possible!

💬 Can I rush my order?

Unfortunately, no. Our small team (aka, Julie & Gabrièle!) carefully crafts each hoodie, and we won’t cut corners to speed things up. Quality takes time!

📦 RETURNS & EXCHANGES

💬 What if I don’t love my blanket hoodie?

We really hope you do! But if for some reason you don’t, we accept returns as long as the hoodie hasn’t been used. You’ll just need to cover the return shipping.

💬 Do you offer refunds?

Yes! Once we receive the returned hoodie in its original condition, we’ll issue a refund. We put a ton of love into these, so if you can’t keep yours, we’d love for someone else to enjoy it!

🎨 CUSTOM & DIY OPTIONS

💬 Can I request a custom blanket hoodie?

Not right now! We’re currently focused on making our exclusive designs. But don’t worry—you’ll have plenty of amazing options to choose from.

💬 Will you sell patterns for these designs?

YES! Once the first batch of a design is shipped, we’ll release the pattern. That way, if you missed out, you can make your own—or have someone make it for you!

💬 Can I sell blanket hoodies using your patterns?

No, our patterns are for personal use only. Please respect our work and don’t reproduce our designs. However, you’re welcome to create your own version—our pattern can be a great starting point for your creativity!
